Our office was established in 2002 in The Shoppes at Jenner’s Village. It was founded by Dr. Eric Miller and his wife Dr. Barbara Thomson Miller. As our office and the surrounding community grew, we re-located and expanded into our new and current location in November 2007 in the The Shoppes at Jenner’s Village (now located to the right of the Giant and behind Starbucks). Miller Eye Care is active in the community – since 2002, MEC has helped over 300 local organizations and charitable causes.
Miller Eye Care has the latest in state-of-the-art comprehensive eye care. Our office has the latest instruments for the early detection of glaucoma and retinal disease such as macular degeneration.
Our facility also features an expanded optical featuring displays of over 1,200 quality designer frames. We feature exclusive designer brands such as Oakley, Coach, Skaga, Dragon, Liu Jo, and Versace, but carry a wide price range of frames to fit every budget.
We have tens of thousands of contact lenses in stock for patients with spherical prescriptions, astigmatism (toric), bifocals and colored cosmetic lenses. Most patients are able to go home the same day wearing new lenses.
